Great customer service (Nice and helpful staff) super clean and beautiful decoration.
The location is amazing because is right at the downtown area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a little trouble the very first night but the manager made amends even beyond one could expect. Hotel is beautiful and you get to purchase the art on the walls and gallery. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Hands down the best hotel in Morelia.
