★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido 3 veces a comer y las 3 se me olvida que sirven carne dura, no se puede comer. Todo lo demás está muy sabroso, la sopa, ensalada y hasta los postres están ricos
 I've been 3 times to eat and all 3 times I forget that they serve hard meat, you can't eat it. Everything else is very tasty, the soup, salad and even the desserts are delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito y muy acorde al precio por habitación ($450 habitación sencilla para 2 personas) es decir, cumple con lo bbb.
Me atendió un señor ya grande de esad con bigote, quien fue muy amable desde la llegada.
No pongo las 5 estrellas ya que al día siguiente estaba en la recepción una señora (también grande de edad) quien a pesar de ser muy amable con nosotros, tuvo una molestia con el personal de cocina y discutieron a la vista de todos lo cual obviamente resultó un tanto incómodo y hasta cierto punto molesto.
Fuera de ello, la comida del restaurante es excelente y a buen costo también (yo pedí por ejemplo el paquete de desayuno 1: con chilaquiles, huevito con tocino, frijoles, café y jugo o fruta por menos de $100 según recuerdo)
Nice place and very consistent with the price per room ($450 single room for 2 people) that is, it complies with the bbb.
I was attended by an old man from esad with a mustache, who was very kind from the moment I arrived.
I do not give 5 stars because the next day there was a lady at the reception (also old) who, despite being very kind to us, had a problem with the kitchen staff and they argued in front of everyone, which obviously It was a bit awkward and to some extent annoying.
Other than that, the restaurant's food is excellent and at a good price too (I ordered, for example, breakfast package 1: with chilaquiles, egg with bacon, beans, coffee and juice or fruit for less than $100 as I recall)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son pequeñas y cómodas, cuentan con la necesidades básicas, TV, internet, agua caliente, te brindan cobijas extras para temporada de frío y cuentan con ventilador para temporada de calor. El hotel es bonito, con decorado tradicional e histórico. El personal es muy amable, tanto el del hotelomo el del restaurante, siempre atento a lo que necesites y la comida en general es rica. Tiene buena ubicación.
The rooms are small and comfortable, they have the basic needs, TV, internet, hot water, they give you extra blankets for the cold season and they have a fan for the hot season. The hotel is nice with traditional and historical decor. The staff is very friendly, both in the hotel and in the restaurant, always attentive to what you need and the food in general is delicious. It has a good location.

Me tocó la habitación 4, super chiquita, el mobiliario viejo y deteriorado.
El baño HORRIBLE, sucio, con moho, la regadera arriba del inhodoro, no hay espacio para nada, no hay conexiones a la luz para el celular a menos que desconectes la tv o eñ ventilador, no tiene aire acondicionado.
Las almohadas socias, el colchon viejo e incómodo.
Se reportó todo a la recepción y solo accedieron a hacer un reembolso de 100 pesos, trataron de disculparse ofreciendo una estancia en la Suite, pero claro que No Vuelvo!!!

I got room 4, super small, the furniture old and deteriorated.
The bathroom HORRIBLE, dirty, with mold, the shower above the toilet, there is no space for anything, there are no electricity connections for the cell phone unless you turn off the TV or the fan, it does not have air conditioning.
The partner pillows, the old and uncomfortable mattress.
Everything was reported to the reception and they only agreed to make a refund of 100 pesos, they tried to apologize by offering a stay in the Suite, but of course I will not return !!!
