★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Posada María Sofía is a comfortable accommodation in a 13-min walking distance from Cholula's archeological site. Their staff is friendly, and very helpful. I'd like to acknowledge Mari (morning shift) and Miguel Ángel (night shift) for their advice and willingness. They only serve breakfast, which is affordable and tasty (nothing fancy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating is not accurate at all. Rooms are not clean. We switched rooms and both had dirty sheets and hairs all over the bed. Also our room did not have a safety box and they didn't do anything about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time in Puebla and what can I say about María Sofía’s Hotel… well just amazing things about it. Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped in, the owners are beyond charming, the staff was extremely efficient and friendly, the room was impeccable and comfortable, the garden was beyond that beautiful and the food incredibly good ( I recommend the “chilaquiles verdes”). The location of the hotel is perfect because you are close to every single part of the city specially downtown a place where you can get in touch with the true Mexican culture. In summary Maria Sofía’s hotel is what you looking for.
