J	Juan Francisco Esteva Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with a nice access to the beach, excellent restaurants, restaurant bars, and an amazing swimming pool. In my personal experience, however, it took too long to checking, and that took away from the my experience for by the time I settled in my room, the swimming pool was closed, and it was too dark to walk on the beach. In addition, the hotel uses online reservation systems such Booking that are convenient to secure a reservation but you pay higher prices, it's easy to book but hard to cancel, and you end up not knowing if you were charged once or doubled.

The only issue my family and I had was that the wifi was almost nonexistent, if this amenity is important to you, you might want to reconsider a different hotel. Other then that everything was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Also, they told us not to bring any food or snacks to the hotel with us which is pretty unbelievable of them to think people are going to go to a beach and be on vacation without packing snacks and stuff. One of the best parts about trips for me since I was a kid has been packing picnics and eating lots of snacks. They don’t even have vending machines just expensive restaurants. I thought that was dumb. Oh, and the decor inside the rooms is pretty cheesy and dorky. Seems it’s meant for children. The outside is nice though right in front of the beach.

We choose a King Suite with our off patio private pool....that was the single feature that made me choose the resort. Restaurants on the property were exceptional. Loved our breakfasts on their covered deck watching the ocean. OTTO restaurant was one of the best of our whole trip. Outstanding food and service.
