★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE porque sólo pueden prenden 2 calentadores para 10 habitaciones!!! Fue lo que me dijo el señor, el domingo 12 de junio que me hospedé ahí. Le dije que le avisara al dueño de prender otro y me dijo que lo iba a mandar a $%?0'¡/&(=!·... Tampoco la señora que recibe tiene buenos modales.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE. THERE IS NO HOT WATER because only 2 heaters can be turned on for 10 rooms !!! That's what the man told me, on Sunday, June 12, that I stayed there. I told him to tell the owner to turn on another one and he said he was going to send it to $%? 0'¡ / & (=! · ... Neither does the lady who receives have good manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Lo primero que pregunté fué si había agua caliente! Y me aseguraron que para pelar pollos! El agua estaba fría. Reclamé el dueño me subió el tono de voz y aparte me amenazaron!

In Cuernavaca it is somewhat accessible to stay, it does not have a pool but it is good to rest ... you are billed ... only sometimes there is no hot water ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte del recepcionista (chavo), eso dice en parte de como es el hotel, las camas empolvadas y el cuarto en general especialmente el baño. Sus camas estan rijidas tirando a duro. Y ni para pasar una noche. Salí a cenar, dejo la puerta cerrada, llegó me dan la llave del cuarto y el cuarto está abierto y para acabar no se le puede poner seguro a la puerta, espero que sea solo este cuarto, afortunadamente no se extravió nada (eso espero). En la noche por los pasillos no cuenta con luz, están de adornos las lámparas o focos o no los vi.
Espero que puedan mejorar el servicio que está muy céntrico y puedes moverte a varios lugares partiendo de aquí.
Bad service from the receptionist (guy), that says in part about how the hotel is, the dusty beds and the room in general, especially the bathroom. Their beds are rigid pulling hard. And not even to spend a night. I went out to dinner, I left the door closed, they gave me the key to the room and the room is open and to finish the door cannot be locked, I hope it is only this room, fortunately nothing was lost (I hope so) . At night in the corridors there is no light, the lamps or spotlights are ornamented or I did not see them.
I hope they can improve the service that is very central and you can move to various places starting from here.

I found it a very Bad Service! The reception was terrible, they didn't give me toilet paper, they didn't have hot water! I was treated very badly by the reception! Very expensive hotel! I dindt like it at all ! Terrible attention !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, muy caro para lo que ofrecen, el aire acondicionado tiene costo extra, TV muy antigua y no hay agua caliente.
Consideren como última opción este hotel
Bad attention, very expensive for what they offer, air conditioning has an extra cost, very old TV and there is no hot water.
