★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es elevado para lo que ofrece.
1. No tienen pago con tarjeta.
2. No te dan brazalete o documento que avale que estás hospedado ahí, ni hablar de la llave de tu habitación porque simplemente NO CIERRA LA PUERTA, no tienen cerrojo. (Bye a tus pertenencias si se te ocurre salir al lago)
3. No servían los focos ni mucho menos el "aire acondicionado" nos dejaron solo con una lámpara de mesa.
4. No sirve la televisión.
5. No había toallas ni papel higiénico en el baño.
6. Obviamente el baño estaba muy sucio, la regadera estaba rota y para mi p*nch3 mala suerte no tenían agua caliente.
7. Las albercas están MUY SUCIAS.
8. Encontré manchas en sábanas, colchas, almohadas y lámpara.
Sólo me hospedé una noche y me cobraron cómo si sirviera todo, si tienen oportunidad busquen otro hotel, éste está en pésimas condiciones, no es nada parecido a lo que se ve en fotos de Internet y no vale el precio.

1. They do not have card payment.
2. They do not give you a bracelet or document that guarantees that you are staying there, not to mention the key to your room because it simply DOES NOT CLOSE THE DOOR, they do not have a lock. (Bye to your belongings if you happen to go out to the lake)
3. The lights were not working, much less the "air conditioning" they left us alone with a table lamp.
4. Television does not work.
5. There were no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom.
6. Obviously the bathroom was very dirty, the shower was broken and to my bad luck they had no hot water.
7. The pools are VERY DIRTY.
8. I found stains on sheets, bedspreads, pillows, and lamp.
I only stayed one night and they charged me as if it served everything, if you have the opportunity, look for another hotel, this is in terrible condition, it is nothing like what you see in photos on the Internet and it is not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal muy mal, no respetaron la reservación y la estrada parece que estás entrando a un lote valdiio. No vimos intalaciones pero así ha de estar .
Bad very bad, they did not respect the reservation and the road looks like you are entering a vacant lot. We did not see installations but that is how it should be.
