Such an enjoyable experience. There were ample staff that seemed so genuinely happy to be of service to their guests. Calling down for room service was a bit slow (they hadn't cleaned our room one day late afternoon, so we called down to have someone come up), but they do fine work. The grounds were very clean. The pools were beautiful, and the food was very good. I would certainly recommend Xcaret Arte.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff worked hard to keep things clean and tidy. While the grounds could be hard to navigate, there was always a staff member who would be glad to help point you in the right direction. My wife and I loved exploring the property but it may be sort of tough if you have any physical limitations. The access to the parks also made this resort a must since they were included. We went to 4 parks and found something we loved at each one. Would gladly recommend this resort to friends.

For this resort it really depends on what you are looking for in a vacation. The resort is beautiful and with the all-inclusive nature of all the activities at the various parks there is definitely plenty to keep you busy for a multiple week stay if you wanted. We stayed at the Xcaret Mexico portion which has more pools than you could ever need but oddly enough not a single hot tub we could find. The Jungle atmosphere is great and the kids loved that we saw numerous Iguanas, flamingos, and even some monkeys playing on the bridge by our room. The bad side here is the food itself. The food in the restaurants within the main resort was above average and some of the dishes we had were even extremely good. However, the food at the various parks and tours was very poor. Additionally, the room service was something you would find at a 3-star hotel. The pizza we ordered for the kids was so undercooked they actually didn't want to eat it (they are 5 & 6 and would usually eat pizza out of the trash if they were allowed). To wrap it up, for our last night here our order took nearly 3 hours to arrive, was all cold by the time it arrived, and the pear salad was missing, well, the pears. So to sum it all up if you are looking for endless activities, this is a fantastic choice. But if you are looking for top-notch food, alcohol, and service there are better options around to get that.

The BEST hotel ever! I loved it 100%. To begin with, you arrive at the Cancun airport. Probably one of the most chaotic airports due to high traffic of tourism. But Hotel Xcaret has a lounge that is provided to you as soon as you arrive & check into the concierge waiting for you there. At the lounge while you wait for your transportation you are offered free of charge drinks, bathroom, and air conditioned area, lounge, chairs, charger, etc. Then the bus arrives , luggages are loaded, you are then headed to either Arte or Mexico. We stayed at Arte because it was a adults only area (we have no kids, and I 100% recommend it) You are greeted with the most gentle sweet staff. There are amazing staff all around the resort. Check in was smooth. Rooms are amazing. Beds are comfortable. Views are to die for. Food is amazing. Alcohol is not cheap and taste very good. Pictures are 100% worth purchasing. I loved the angles, this place overall is so nice! Highly recommend it and will come back.

Truly a 5 star experience! From the moment you walk in you are treated incredibly well. You can tell that the staff takes pride in their work and are always happy to help. They are also committed to safety and are seen cleaning and disinfecting very frequently. The food....AMAZING! All of the buffets, restaurants and snack areas are delicately curated with mexico's delicious cuisine. We indulged in the all inclusive pass so all if the food, drinks (at the hotel and at the parks) were included. This vacation was a perfect. mix for our family because we were able to explore all the parks worry and hassle free as well as relax in the hotel.

I can’t say enough great things about this resort! There are tons of pools to swim in, a beautiful little beach, delicious restaurants, and of course the staff is top notch. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, if you need anything else, and have a great attitude and are so polite and kind. The rooms and spacious and comfortable, and the decor is beautiful - most of it made by Mexican artisans. The nature surrounding this place is beautiful, you really feel connected with nature when you stay here! All in all it was definitely a 5 star experience, I could go on and on about this resort but I will just leave you with this: come visit Xcaret and I guarantee you will have a memorable stay. My family and I are so excited to come back!

My wife and I travel to Mexico every year, we usually stay at 4.5 or 5 star place and are often disappointed. This is the first real 5 star resort we have stayed at. Food is often great but occasionally average. 5 stars for cleanliness. Several theme parks are included and transportation saving you approximately $200 US per day per person. 5 stars for staff as they genuinely want to make you happy and often go above and beyond. 5 stars for atmosphere. Amazing so much to see and do! 5 stars for the room. Comfortable bed and pillows, amazing views, daily treats, beautiful rain shower bathroom, separate toilet. 4 stars for room service food. Not enough variety, (had a sad sandwich, wife's dinner was not hot) but staff was friendly, food was timely. Overall great experience, so much to explore, always a deck chair available somewhere (not comfortable, but available). Staff enforces mask use and temperature check at every restaurant and when walking through the resort. Be sure to say hi to Rafael the manager at Mercado, he made us feel like rock stars.

I went with my mother from May 2 to May 6, 2022, and it was spectacular. We loved everything. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The service was exceptional, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant's food was delicious. The transportation was very convenient and on time. I felt safe all the time. The only problem was that the Hotel is huge and we didn't have the chance to see all, now we cannot wait to be able to come back
