★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato desde el oficial de la puerta, hasta las personas de adentro. Llegué a hacer un depósito a las 16.20 y ya estaba cerrado. Le pedí al oficial que me diera acceso ya que faltaba tiempo para la hora del cierre y una señora de adentro que está embarazada me quiso cerrar la puerta en la cara y le dijo a uno de los cajeros que ya cerrará su caja por qué ya no era horario de atención ?
Terrible treatment from the door officer, to the people inside. I arrived to make a deposit at 4.20pm and it was already closed. I asked the officer to give me access since there was no time before closing time and a lady inside who is pregnant wanted to close the door in my face and told one of the cashiers that she will close her box, why not? it was office hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco HORRIBLE. La atención de ejecutivos, no exagero debe ser la peor de todos los bancos en México. Por cada persona formada para atención de ejecutivos, debes esperar literal una hora (ellos te lo dicen como si fuera un orgullo), es decir si hay mas de 5 personas formadas, más de 5 horas, mejor te regresan a tu casa porque no les va a dar tiempo atenderte. Seis escritorios vacíos, solo dos personas "atendiendo", oyes como los ejecutivos están platicando de babosadas, las vacaciones, el futbol, en lugar de apurarse a atender a la gente. No hay ni una %&$% silla o tabique para que te sientes. Iba con una persona enferma que casi se sentó en el piso y ni asi fueron para ofrecerle una silla. Después de una hora de espera nos tuvimos que ir, regresamos otros día, otra hora formados (y éramos los primeros), cuando por fin logramos que nos atendieran, resulta que tenían bloqueada la cuenta por un procedimiento que ellos banco no habían atendido, y con la mano en la cintura nos dijeron que tenemos que regresar otro día. Se negaron a darnos cita, tendremos que esperar formados como si fuera la primera vez que vamos y pese a que fue a causa de una omisión del banco que no nos pudieran atender. Haré lo posible por que se cancele esa cuenta y se abra en un banco más decente.

After an hour of waiting we had to leave, we came back another day, another hour lined up (and we were the first), when we finally managed to get them to attend to us, it turns out that they had blocked the account due to a procedure that the bank had not attended to, and with their hand on our waist they told us that we have to come back another day. They refused to give us an appointment, we will have to wait in line as if it were the first time we went and despite the fact that it was due to an omission by the bank that they could not attend to us. I'll do my best to get that account closed and opened at a more decent bank.
