★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es una basura tienen el peor servicio de la región, si me piden una opinion la verdad te recomendaria que si quieres perder el tiempo es el lugar perfecto. Espero y en oras sucursales no tengan el mismo servicio.
The staff is rubbish they have the worst service in the region, if you ask me for an opinion I would really recommend that if you want to waste time this is the perfect place. I hope and in other branches they do not have the same service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lo que buscas es estresarte y aburrirte este es el lugar ideal. Esta sucursal parece el reino de la burocracia, atienden de malas en ventanillas y los ejecutivos no explican bien si tienes alguna duda. Afortunadamente los cajeros automáticos fueron remodelados que antes solían fallar mucho. No es por despreciar a HSBC pero es que esta sucursal la tienen muy olvidada y abandonada.
If what you are looking for is to stress and get bored, this is the ideal place. This branch seems like the realm of bureaucracy, they are bad at windows and the executives do not explain well if you have any questions. Fortunately, the ATMs were remodeled, which used to fail a lot before. It is not to despise HSBC but it is that this branch is very forgotten and abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco con "servicio a cliente" más ineficiente que he conocido. Entre colaboradores pierden el tiempo conversando y no resulven las situaciones del cliente. Sobre todo "Laura" la mujer más déspota e ineficiente que hay en el banco. Deberían mejorar por ese lado.
The bank with the most inefficient "customer service" I have ever met. Between collaborators they waste time talking and do not resolve the client's situations. Especially "Laura" the most despotic and inefficient woman in the bank. They should improve on that side.
