Muy buen servicio y me encanta llevar a mi perrita a esa veterinaria pero seguido tiene cerrado el área de baños para perritos :/

Llevamos a nuestro compañero ??? a grooming, estábamos muy preocupados pues era la primera vez que el servicio lo haría una persona distinta en un lugar distinto; el resultado fue increíble pues Pecos quedó excelente. Desde la llegada al HVEV la atención fue grata y la chica que se encargaría de hacer el corte a Pecos nos atendió personalmente. Ella fue muy paciente con él todo el tiempo, lo trató muy bien y le dejó descansar para que no se estresara. Definitivamente volveré con ellas pues el servicio es muy bueno. Si estás buscando un lugar para el grooming de tu compañero peludo te recomiendo el HVEV, vale la pena por las instalaciones y la atención del personal.

Siempre la salvación de mi perrito, ahí nos llevan todas sus vacunas, sur revisiones médicas y urgencias, siempre con una estupenda atención, muy profesional todo. Ante todo la salud de los animalitos, mi plena confianza para ellos, la Dra. Paola un lujo con mi perro, gracias a todos en HVEV.

Very nice people, went over all the blood work so I understood it. Clean and professional.

One of our cats was misdiagnosed at Wolf Animal Cinic and seemed very lethargic one Saturday morning. Called Wolf, no response but that they are closed on Saturday. No compassion. Found HVEV and am so delighted . They found the real problem, gastritis, not liver disease which Wolf saId it was the problem without the benefit of a blood test. Horton is now a happy cat and is on a diet and doing well. Thank you HVEV staff.

This clinic is one of the few that cares about the animals. They gave me excellent service and followed up to make sure everything was OK with my cat highly recommend.

It's a nice place but too expensive. They want to make money with the medicine too. I saw the prices on internet and they double the price. Try to ask avoid buying the medicine in there.

One of the best vets I’ve been, im traveling with Osa, she is 4 month old and had many problems since she is a street dog from Puerto Escondido, when we arrived to Sayulita we noticed that she was lame and that she hurts a lot when we lifting her, we went to the Vet in Sayulita and after a lot of speeches and just a few testes ( not even blood test) they diagnosed her with joint inflammation which it was super weird because she is a puppy… they gave her injection and medications for that and it was helping for one day and she back to be in pain, we decided to go to Puerto Vallarta to find a better vet that checking more and speaking less and we found this amazing veterinaria, Dr. Miriam was soooo patience and so lovely with good explanations and after a few presses in some points on her arms she diagnosed Growth inflammation in the bones which its very common for big breed puppies, she made x-ray and blood test just to make sure and it was true, she showed us the x-rays and explained what she was seeing, she gave her a different injunction and medications and now Osa is just amazing!! We never saw her with so much energy and so happy!!! And we went to 2 different vets in Puerto Escondido, another one in Oaxaca and another one in Sayulita, she was the only one that just found it quickly and very professionally!!!
