★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremadamente desorganizado y lento. Seis horas y media esperando consulta porque revolvieron las cartillas, no tenían material para desinfectar y del oxímetro no tenían carga las baterías.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy triste que la atención sea tan lenta hay personas esperando sean atendidos hasta una hora después de su cita pero si llega 2 o 3 minutos tarde lo atienden al último con una espera de hasta 3 a 5 horas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estos momentos de contingencia es una clínica con 50% de médicos, lo cual hace que los tiempos de espera se dupliquen y aún con cita se pase directo a unifila, ventajas: no es necesario presentar al paciente si solo es ir a recoger medicamento y la atención se facilita para ello, tiene un segundo acceso para personas con sospecha de covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el seguro y hay burocracia de eso no podemos hacer nada, pero en cuanto a la atención de las enfermeras y doctores que me han tocado puedo decir que hacen bien su trabajo y en esta contingencia se preocupan por los pacientes y por ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta ahora no había tenido grandes inconvenientes pero hoy no se me permitió el paso aún que solo iba a trabajo social a dar de alta a mi hijo, el guardia de entrada no me lo permitió ya que llegué del lado de la calle donde hacen las pruebas solo esa razón me dio para no permitirme el paso y ni siquiera me dejó hablar con él médico en jefe.

Por otra parte, fui a hacer un tramite, el tipo del "Archivo" no pudo soltar su celular para atenderme.
Su pedantería y altanería es sorprendente.
The medical staff is very friendly and professional.
