 They still take a long time with an appointment, almost certainly the man who reviews the record tells you that it is not up-to-date and that you will not be able to do your paperwork

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicito y agradezco la atención brindada. Hoy Llevé con previa cita a mis padres (sres de 3era edad y mi padre con problemas a la deambulación). Se respetó el horario que teníamos asignado en la cita, fueron todos muy amables, me facilitaron una silla de ruedas, fueron empáticos, servicio ágil, se respetó la sana distancia, en verdad muy agradecidos. Sigan así ojalá las otras dependencias gubernamentales sigan el ejemplo. Atte Dr Maldonado
I congratulate and appreciate the attention provided. Today I took my parents (seniors and my father with walking problems) by appointment. The schedule we had assigned in the appointment was respected, they were all very friendly, they provided me with a wheelchair, they were empathetic, prompt service, the healthy distance was respected, in truth very grateful. Deberían dar servicio hasta las 6 de la tarde para los que trabajamos en la mañana y descansamos los fines es un desmadre :(
I was attended by a very bitter chubby but then he fulfilled his function hahaha and the attention was quick XD
They should give service until 6 in the afternoon for those of us who work in the morning and rest on weekends is a riot :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima la experiencia la primera vez que saque mi credencial fue muy agil el proceso, aqui te piden mil testigos ademas de que el señor que atiende en la puesta es grosero y desconsiderado. Regrese 3 veces hasta que porfin me atendierin y tenia cita!! Los 2 hombres de la entrada pesimo. Los demas empleados todos muy amables.
Terrible experience, the first time I got my credential, the process was very agile, here they ask you for a thousand witnesses, in addition to the fact that the man who attends the check-in is rude and inconsiderate. I came back 3 times until they finally attended me and I had an appointment!! The 2 men at the entrance are terrible. The other employees are all very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, la página dice que hoy jueves 14 estará abierto, varios ya teníamos cita y al llegar a las instalaciones nos dicen que lleguemos el Lunes en el mismo horario ya que hoy el personal descansa. Mucha gente de la comunidad gastó y estaban seguros de hacer sus trámites, pero el instituto sale con esto. ¿Para que hacer cita si no la van a respetar?
Terrible, the page says that today Thursday the 14th it will be open, several of us already had an appointment and when we arrived at the facilities they told us to arrive on Monday at the same time since today the staff rests. Many people in the community spent money and were sure to do their paperwork, but the institute gets away with it. Why make an appointment if they are not going to respect it?
