★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no es muy buena experiencia en lo personal no me quisieron atender porque llevaba mi acta de nacimiento no renovará y a personas que pasaban con esa misma acta si los atendían no me parece justo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo atienden con cita, sin embargo es necesario que vengan con tiempo disponible ya que no es posible respetar el horario: el personal es muy atento pero dan prioridad a las personas mayores.
Otro factor de retraso lo provocan las personas que sus documentos no cumplen con los requisitos establecidos.
Yo vine el día 29 de julio de 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Atención, cuando cumples con los requisitos es fácil, no tarde más que 10 minutos, tienes que agendar cita para cualquier trámite. Las fechas son prolongadas pero por temas de pandemia y se maneja el buen control de las medidas de seguridad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus citas en línea están muy mal, ya es la tercera ves que tendré que ir porque en el primer intento me pidieron todos mis papeles y no contaba con recibo y me regresaron, la otra vez ya contaba con el recibo pero ya no tenía precartilla para identificarme porque la entregué con los militares, y solo tenía copias y pues otra vez me rechazaron me pedían testigos pero no los podía sacar de la nada, su información que dan no es nada específica y luego hasta preguntas y parece que si enojan, lo único bueno es el poli de la entrada que si es amable.
Ya perdí 4 meses de tiempo y contando, ojalá mejoren sus servicios, quitando las citas por línea y que sean más claros para que no tengamos que perder tiempo y dinero.
Your online appointments are very bad, it is already the third time that I will have to go because in the first attempt they asked me for all my papers and I did not have a receipt and they returned me, the other time I already had the receipt but I no longer had a pre-book to identify myself because I handed it over to the military, and I only had copies and well, they rejected me again, they asked me for witnesses but I couldn't get them out of nowhere, their information they give is not specific at all and then they even ask questions and it seems that if they get angry, the only thing well it's the cop at the entrance who is kind.
I already lost 4 months of time and counting, I hope they improve their services, removing online appointments and making them clearer so that we don't have to waste time and money.

Desde el policía que es sumamente atento y resuelve tus dudas sin poner una mala cara. Hasta las chicas que hacen tu trámite.
Se respetan medidas sanitarias. Cómo pueden ver no había prácticamente nadie porque solo están llevando citas programadas. El lugar super limpio y todos con el uso correcto de cubrebocas, gel y sanitizantes.
El día que hice mi trámite llegué 10 min antes de mi cita y pase de inmediato. No tarde más de 15 min dentro.
El día que recogí mi credencial fue igual super rápido.
Se los recomiendo ampliamente.
My respect and admiration for the people who work in this module.
From the policeman who is extremely attentive and answers your questions without making a face. Even the girls who do your paperwork.
Sanitary measures are respected. As you can see there was practically no one because they are only taking scheduled appointments. The place is super clean and everyone with the correct use of face masks, gel and sanitizers.
The day I did my procedure, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and went right away. Do not spend more than 15 min inside.
The day I picked up my credential it was still super fast.
I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención! No aceptan comprobantes de domicilio electrónicos y ya la luz y el agua así llegan. Deberían modernizarse. No respetan las citas es mejor acudir sin hacer una. Todo el personal que labora ahí es muy prepotente.
