★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudir a una oficina gubernamental suele ser desagradable por largas esperas, empleados prepotentes y trámites engorrosos. Pero oh sorpresa, está vez fue todo lo contrario un reconocimiento al INE respetaron mi hora de cita, trámites ágiles y personal muy atento.
 Going to a government office is usually unpleasant due to long waits, pushy employees and cumbersome procedures. But oh surprise, this time it was the opposite, a recognition to the INE, they respected my appointment time, agile procedures and very attentive staff.
