Desde que inicié con las consultas y posteriormente con el tratamiento, he recibido un trato excelente por parte del personal que forma parte de Ingenes, así como por el médico Christian Sotomayor, quien brinda información clara y precisa.
Se logró lo más importante ?? viene lo interesante ? sin embargo, creo que todo valdrá la pena al tener a mi bebé en brazos.
The dream that began approximately eight months ago has finally paid off ?? La empatía y sensibilidad con que fuimos tratados nos daba mucha paz, seguridad y armonía en el proceso de búsqueda de nuestros hijos. El Dr Eduardo es un ángel porque además tuvo la intuición para saber cuándo ya era el momento en que nuestros bebés iban a llegar... In our experience, Dr. Eduardo Cruz and his entire team showed a lot of professionalism, passion for what they do, and dedication to making their work yield results. The empathy and sensitivity with which we were treated gave us a lot of peace, security and harmony in the process of searching for our children. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando me decidí a tener un bebe tenía 31 años, y mi primera opción siempre fue ingenes ya saben talvez mercadotecnia, con muchas expectativas acudimos a la primera consulta, en la cuál todas las dudas quedaron claras, empezamos con mucho ánimo y ante todo el proceso acompañadas de la mejor Dra Sara Jacobo, quien siempre nos dio mucho ánimo y nos mantuvo fuertes para poder lograr tener a nuestro bebe, les mentiría al decir que fue un proceso fácil, pero le estamos muy agradecidas a la Dra Sara Jacobo que nunca soltó nuestras manos. Y gracias a todo su conocimiento y entrega. Hoy nuestro bebe cumple 2 años. Y yo recomiendo ampliamente al instituto porque ya no solo es mercadotecnia es algo real que yo puedo asegurar.

The best treatment and the best staff. After many years of trying to have a baby after my daughter, our dream finally came true and our babies came to light up our lives and my daughter is now a big sister! Doctor Eduardo Cruz is wonderful and super professional but he also shows his love for his profession. I am super grateful to Ingenes Queretaro and the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most friendly and helpful staff. Doctors fluent in English to assist when our Spanish wasn't great. Ingenes offers flexible and affordable packages relative to IVF options in Canada/US.
Dr. Cristhian Sotomayor and all of the staff were incredible and very welcoming every time we visited.
