★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned that Sam Skidmore is selecting his clients to entice home buyers, and then, bait and switch to different homes he lists (to get FULL commissions.) I reached out to other real estate agents sharing my story of Sam Skidmore’s interactions through the home buying process, they highly suggest to find Puerto Vallarta agents that are part of AMPI -Realtor Board in PVR. These professionals maintain high standard and integrity to the industry. Sam presented a false story to the property, said the property was not available, and then turned around the two-days later showing the same house to a friend couple (I knew) a couple days later. Bait and switch. Puerto Vallarta Luxury Properties . Com = Bad business, poor work ethic, and disgraceful service. Please research before considering your real estate agent in Puerto Vallarta.
