I went there because of the good opinions but later I realized that most of them were from relatives, I had orthodontics with ERÉNDIRA ADRIANA CONTRERAS VILLARRUEL, and thanks to her incompetence the treatment only served to lose the roots of my teeth and they did not fit me well. She sold me AESTHETIC SELF-LIGING BRACKETS with a more expensive monthly payment because supposedly the treatment was reduced, she did not meet the time she promised she had said that the treatment would be 1 year and a half, and in the end after almost 5 years I never concluded satisfactorily. It made me think that the problem was my teeth, but according to the diagnoses of 2 other specialists, my case would have been 1 year. I was patient and punctual with my treatment. I thought in my ignorance that possibly the longer it lasted, the better my smile would be. I did not know that the roots were lost for so long with strength. It always seemed that little was missing but the movements that the doctor made did not give positive results. After 4 and a half years I remove my braces but it was never finished. I kept activating my wards to make moves. I consulted other specialists with studies and they explained to me that my case was CRITICAL BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAVE ROOTS AND SEVERAL IMPORTANT CORRECTIONS NEED TO BE MADE BUT IF THEY MADE MOVEMENTS MY TEETH COULD FALL OUT. I decided not to start anything new with another specialist. Return to my next visit I told her my fear of tooth loss, which she minimized and continued with the treatment, but this time she requested only 2 min. corrections and put final date. 3 months + from that date I realized that again I did not achieve anything, they were even getting worse and I asked for a final guard. Erendira got defensive and just said that she left it for me at reception. When I went for my care there was another patient of the same Dr. for a long time in orthodontics, I suggested that she have a study done. Return because the guard was inaccurate. When Eréndira arrived, she stopped by to threaten me along with her husband, RUBÉN ESPINOSA INDA, another dentist who threatened me and gave his opinion on my case. I don't know why I never saw him involved in the process. Then I realized her fear, because she had talked to another patient and that I am probably not the only one with a similar documented case. She expressed very badly about the other patient in front of me and I understood that she had said the same about me.
