X	Xilango Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio desde que no contestan el teléfono otorgado por la misma página de servicio al público el cual los mexicanos pagamos por ese servicio incluyendo los sueldos de cada servidor público .como es posible que las ajentes de migración no sepan otorgar un formato sam no saben que hacer si otorgarlo o no otorgarlo cuando es un menor con doble nacionalidad americana y mexicana .no saben explicar o más bien ni tienen ni idea o conosimiento de los pasos a seguir según la ley . Es una tristeza que no puedan ayudar con estos trámites tan sencillos . Terrible service since they do not answer the phone provided by the same page of public service which Mexicans pay for that service including the salaries of each public servant. As it is possible that migration agents do not know how to grant a format sam they do not know that Ask whether to grant it or not to grant it when they are a minor with dual American and Mexican nationality. They do not know how to explain or rather they have no idea or knowledge of the steps to follow according to the law. It is a sadness that they cannot help with these simple procedures.

R	Renato Rivas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdon pero dan mucho que desear, llegan tarde a trabajar y salen temprano como los Dioses del Olimpo y con el monton de imigrantes esperando, deberian de ser mas humanos, lastimosamente lo fui a vivir aunque a mi no me urgia el tramite pero me desgarro el mal trato a la gente necesitada, sean buenos servidores publicos y no un atajo de arrogantes inservibles Sorry but they give much to be desired, they arrive late to work and leave early like the Gods of Olympus and with a lot of immigrants waiting, they should be more human, unfortunately I went to live it although I was not urged by the paperwork but I tear myself apart bad treatment of needy people, be good public servants and not a short cut of arrogant worthless
