La primera ve que vine me hicieron formarme 2 veces, la primera fue solo para entregar un turno que nunca me pidieron y nunca ocupé. En la 2a fila, pese a que expliqué mi necesidad, la persona no tuvo ni idea de cómo resolver y lo único que se le ocurrió fue decirme que ocupaba una copia simple (cosa que no fue cierta). Total, que después de andar recorriendo y preguntando una persona que ahí trabaja resolvió mi duda. Debería haber un módulo de información donde las personas si supieran orientar a los que venimos e indicarles cuál es el trámite (si es que aplica) y en donde se hace, o resolver la duda Hay varias filas y en ninguna dice claramente cuál es el trámite que aplica para dicha fila Lack of organization and signage.
