★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si funcionara bien la linea dorada, seria una opción viable de trasporte pero lamentablemente la linea dorada es y sera de las mas conflictivas del metro en general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi opinión cuando no lo usas en horas pico es una magnífica opción o alternativa para transportarte a otro punto en la ciudad! Además de que esta estación tiene salida directa a la tienda Liverpool Insurgentes, magnífica idea! En general bien este sistema de transporte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es impresionante como no les importan las personas con discapacidad, movilidad reducida y adultos mayores. Existe un elevador que es un chiste.
Acompañe en metro a un señor en silla de ruedas que siempre se traslada en esa línea. Si por alguna razón no trae su tarjeta de "discapacidad" él tiene que solicitar ayuda para que alguien baje las escaleras y le pida al policía que abra el elevador. Si no está el policía cerca bueno, ya te toca esperar y después subes de nuevo para entrar con él al elevador. Ah pero tu pagas boleto entonces te bajas en el primer piso, pasas por los torniquetes y luego acompañas a tu pariente o amigo al andén.
Si tu tienes movilidad reducida por un accidente o enfermedad pero no tienes tu tarjeta de "discapacidad" porque solo usas muletas o bastón, ni modo, tienes que bajar TODAS las escaleras porque el elevador solo está permitido para los que tramitaron su tarjeta. Y si viajas en hora pico, aguantate. Se supone que la línea 12 es la "accesible" Si viajas con un adulto mayor que le cuesta trabajo bajar y subir escaleras o con un bebé en brazos y carreola, o tan solo con cajas o mercancía ni modo, te aguantas por las escaleras, porque el elevador no está permitido.
Realmente se debe hacer algo al respecto, ya basta de invisibilizar a las personas, la ciudad y espacios públicos con mucho flujo de personas deberías ser amigables y accesibles.
It is impressive how they do not care about people with disabilities, reduced mobility and older adults. There is an elevator that is a joke.

If you have reduced mobility due to an accident or illness but you do not have your "disability" card because you only use crutches or a cane, no way, you have to go down ALL the stairs because the elevator is only allowed for those who processed your card. And if you travel during rush hour, hold on. Line 12 is supposed to be the "accessible" line. If you travel with an older adult who has trouble going down and up stairs or with a baby in your arms and a stroller, or just with boxes or merchandise, you can't stand the stairs, because the elevator is not allowed.
Something must really be done about it, enough of making people invisible, the city and public spaces with a lot of flow of people should be friendly and accessible.
