★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!, llevo meses quejándome de que tenemos problemas ya que el internet se baja durante las noches, contratamos de 15mbps y se baja hasta dejarnos en 2 o 4mbps y dura hasta la media noche, cabe destacar que la media de conexión es de 10a 12mbps y nunca llega a los 15, no buscan cómo solucionar un problema, simplemente dicen no y punto, aguántate o ni modo y ya no responden más, realmente decepcionada y completamente convencida de cancelar este servicio, XKNET x ahora es mucho más estable y con ese internet me ayudo para poder trabajar, si viven por otros lugares más céntricos con IZZI ó TOTAL PLAY, no pierdan su tiempo con esta
