★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando falla tardán minimo un dia para que te manda el tec para que te la aregla y las recepcionistas son muy graceras y cortantes con uno y si pides hablar con un supervisor o gerente te dice que no puede pasarte uno y que no tiene hora para estar en la oficina o atender anadien solo si vayas a los oficina si te pueden atender
Los tec que llega a su casa para darte servicio si son muy amables y atentos
When it fails it will take at least one day for the tec to send you to fix it and the receptionists are very graceful and curt with one and if you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they tell you that they cannot pass one to you and that they do not have time to be in the office or attend anadien only if you go to the office if they can assist you
The tec that comes to your house to give you service if they are very friendly and attentive

Lousy service, expensive, and not counting the large number of times you run out of Internet (2 times a week minimum). There are no solutions by the staff

Service dump they cut off the paid service within Avilés days for payment and on top of that they charge you fines to restore the service
