El área de ventas te explica todo muy bien para que no haya dudas sobre lo que contratas. Fue un servicio muy profesional. Quedé muy contenta y satisfecha con su trabajo.
The invitations were as I requested. The guys are very friendly and approachable, they made all the modifications I asked for and the delivery time was fast. The sales area explains everything very well so that there are no doubts about what you hire. It was a very professional service. I was very happy and satisfied with his work.

Paciencia y profesionalismo aunado con una personalidad muy amigable y honesta en el proceso . Hubo algunos inconvenientes por cuestiones técnicas en el proceso como en toda situación pero Nelly a la par de el diseñador encargado de mi invitación lo resolvieron prontamente y con paciencia manteniendo la comunicación abierta en todo momento y a toda hora. Mil gracias IDI por el bello y profesional trabajo en la preparación de la invitación de los xv años de mi hija. A mi cumpleañera a nosotros como papás y a mis invitados nos encantaron estas bellas y originales invitaciones ! 100% recomendados!

My birthday girl, us as parents and my guests loved these beautiful and original invitations! 100% recommended!

Desde la atención de ventas la señorita Nelly que me atendió súper amable en todo momento, te responden todas tus dudas, te hacen sentir súper cómoda, súper rápida la atención.
En el área de diseño me atendió Maximiliano y tienen todo súper ordenado, no te confunden, si algo no te gusta puedes cambiarlo todas las veces hasta que tu invitación quede tal y como tú quieres, de todo se lleva un control, de igual manera la atención es muy rápida y de calidad, tus invitaciones te las entregan tal en tiempo y forma como hayan sido acordadas con el diseñador ?
Sin duda la mejor opción para invitaciones, muy lindas y amigables con el medio ambiente, sin dudar volvería a hacer mis invitaciones en Invitaciones Inteligentes!
