★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me programaron una cirugía en ortopedia con el Dr. Armando Pineda, el día que tenía que internarme me dijeron que no estaba yo en la lista de internamiento en el área de admisión yo llevaba la orden de internamiento pero no me recibieron fue el domingo primero de mayo, tuve que recorrer todo el hospital tres veces y nadie sabía con quien tenía yo que preguntar, el personal al que yo le pregunté hasta se molestaba porque los interrumpía en sus pláticas (eso si se les da bien platicar y estar chismeando), me tarde una hora o más, hasta que alguien con mucho tedio por fin me dijo que al parecer reprogramaron mi cirugía para el 6 de junio porque el doctor Armando Pineda NUEVAMENTE había salido de vacaciones. Yo con mi maleta lista para internarme y con el dolor de mi rodilla al 100, me tuve que regresar a mi casa, no me dieron ningún documento ni nada y lo peor es que seguiré con mi dolor.
I was scheduled for orthopedic surgery with Dr. Armando Pineda, the day I had to be hospitalized they told me that I was not on the hospitalization list in the admission area, I had the hospitalization order but they did not receive me, it was the first Sunday of May, I had to go through the entire hospital three times and no one knew who I had to ask, the staff I asked even got upset because I interrupted them in their talks (that is if they are good at talking and gossiping), I It took an hour or more, until someone very tedium finally told me that apparently my surgery was rescheduled for June 6 because Dr. Armando Pineda was AGAIN on vacation. With my suitcase ready to go to the hospital and with my knee pain at 100, I had to return home, they didn't give me any documents or anything and the worst thing is that I will continue with my pain.
