M	Miguel G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mecánicos no tienen la experiencia para dar solución,tardan hasta un mes en entregar la moto y no tienen suficientes refacciones,pésimo servicio en las garantías,no hacen bien las reparaciones,el mismo día que me la entregaron,ese mismo día se me descompuso de lo que supuestamente le habían reparado y ya van 3 veces que la regreso porque no queda bien,si me voy a otro taller seria dinero tirado a la basura,he gastado en reparaciones y mano de obra y no quedó bien. The mechanics do not have the experience to solve it, they take up to a month to deliver the motorcycle and they do not have enough spare parts, terrible service in the guarantees, they do not do the repairs well, the same day they delivered it to me, that same day it broke down. of what had supposedly been repaired and I have already returned 3 times because it does not look good, if I go to another workshop it would be money wasted, I have spent on repairs and labor and it did not turn out well.

Creo que ellos deberían de hacer el proceso sino para que te hacen llevar la moto sino te van a ayudar con la gargantia They do not have spare parts and as a customer you must call an Italika service center to have the parts sent to you. I think they should do the process if not to make you carry the motorcycle if not they will help you with the gargantia
L	Luevanos MM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por su gran demanda y bajos costos de sus motos, Italica en la actualidad sale más cara por tanto servicio casi casi obligatorio, mi moto no utilice ni en tiempo ni en kilometraje al 10% y según le cambiaron aceite, bujía y no se que tanto, ni el lavado estuvo bien, ahora con sus asesores extranjeras se volvieron malinchistas. Due to its high demand and low costs for its motorcycles, Italica is currently more expensive, therefore almost almost mandatory service, my motorcycle does not use 10% in time or mileage and according to they changed oil, spark plug and I don't know how much Not even the washing was good, now with their foreign advisers they have become malinchistas.

(FEB 2019) LOL him and the staff have taken nothing but a great care of me and my friend who has they quad servers and repaired here, great service! Great repair work! Great warrantee coverage, and very inexpensive. Note they are closed 2-4 when there open lol welcome to Mexico!!!
