It looks very good place, too bad I couldn't enjoy it at ease

The place is small ideal for events such as birthdays, no more, some fifteen years do not look But it has too many cons, more than pros: 1. The location, it is too inside the neighborhood on a street where there are abandoned cars and the neighbors do not look friendly, they scratched a guest's car. 2. The façade: it has nothing to distinguish it and it has ads for Zumba classes hanging, which detracts from the image of your event. 3. It is a daytime aesthetic and a dance hall in the evening, so there are furniture that they do not remove and are only there giving your event a bad appearance. 4. How they only fit 80 people downstairs or 90, they send you upstairs to other tables, separating them from the party. 5. The organizer and owner very kind but liar, watch out for her. 6. Here comes the worst. I brought my own food to my event and it was stolen between the owner and the waitresses. Not kidding, they steal the food. Easy 30% of my food and 50% of the cake disappeared. I have a video in which you can clearly see that she takes the food out the front door and gives it to someone on the street. 7. Also reviewing the video I realized with great annoyance that gifts were stolen from the gift table that they slyly put in the hall. 8. 2 cartons full of beer were kept, they were put aside in another room, these I recovered. 9. Spoons and utensils were stolen from the food. 10. The place is expensive for them to do this nonsense. They also charge for every extra thing at the event. A child broke a jug and they charged me 200 pesos when it costs 60 in Aurrerá. For lending me coolers they charged me 500 extra. For tablecloths they wanted an additional 1000 and for crockery 2,000 (I can't remember the exact amount). The overtime as in 2,000. 11. They did not respect the contract. They did not give me 30 minutes to leave and they literally ran my guests clearing the tables and closed the doors on us. In short, don't risk spoiling your event. Better look for a serious place that is not managed by real thieves

It is a nice place, the problem is the person in charge of the service, treats the waiters very badly, in the event he did not let the boyfriend go 10 minutes before the event. There were problems at meal times because it did not allow the person responsible for the banquet to pass on time. The lady has a foreman attitude, very bad character, pathetic.

Excellent service and delicious food, all very clean and nice, I recommend it.

Pleasant place for a small event, although it is located in the middle of the street and does not have a fake property for social events, in fact that part is very neglected and therefore has no parking service. The detail of the waterfall and the sound of the falling water is super. And if the heat is locked up, they open some domes for the ventilation of the place. They have two bathrooms. Normal waiter service.
