★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he is a con. he over charges you if you speak English. nake sure you call and ask for the price before you go. my Mexican friend and i did exactly the same thing. and i was double charged. never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good haircut, just what I asked for. The barbers take their time, are efficient and caring. I saw some poor reviews and talk of rip offs. The prices are posted, the value is extraordinary. Cost more than the States?! Eighty pesos which is about four dollars for a haircut. I highly recommend Joe's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service and haircut I’ve ever had… anywhere. Showed up a few minutes early for my 10am appointment and I was in at 9:53. Guy who cut my hair (I didn’t catch his name) was super professional and friendly and my haircut never felt rushed. Took lots of detail and we had a good chat as well. Highly recommended in my books!!!
