★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no dicen lo que presumen tener, no tienen todos los modelos y no manejan todas las tallas, a lo mucho manejan una talla por modelo, algo que es inconcedible para una disque zapatería, y si preguntas ya sea por mensaje o teléfono alguna información no contestan, no tiene el sentido del servicio al cliente. Yo les comente esto mismo que comento aquí y prefirieron bloquearme que atender la queja, siendo que era cliente que ya había comprado y pensaba comprar más pero como no tienen la variedad que dicen, no se puede esperar mucho de un negocio así.
Bad service, they do not say what they presume to have, they do not have all the models and they do not handle all sizes, at most they handle one size per model, something that is unacceptable for a shoe store, and if you ask either by message or phone information they do not answer, it does not have the sense of customer service. I told them the same thing that I'm commenting here and they preferred to block me than attend to the complaint, since I was a customer who had already bought and was thinking of buying more, but since they don't have the variety they say, you can't expect much from a business like this.
