★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la gerente una inepta, tuve muchas fallas en mi vestido y me lo tardaron bastante tiempo, además de caro ni siquiera se acordaron de hacerme las mangas del vestido y el día de entrega a lo descarado agarraron tull y me improvidarim unas horribles mangas que evidentemente no utilicé. Me dijeron que tenían el bridal buddy que es para recoger tu vestido a la hora de ir al baño, lo encargué y nada que ver con lo que ofrecían me entregaron una horrenda funda de las que antes se usaban bajo los vestidos o faldas que no estiran para nada y muy molesta de la regrese, ahuevo me la querían cobrar y les dije NO.
La verdad sólo por falta de tiempo no pude cancelar y dejarles su vestido ya que a una semana de mi boda era muy difícil encontrar alguien que me lo tuviera.
Lo único rescatable fue que dejando esos detalles el modelo del vestido era hermlso y la señorita Eva quién me lo probaba si era muy amable que hasta apenada estaba del trato de la despota de la gerente.
No los recomiendo
Terrible service, the manager was inept, I had many failures in my dress and it took me a long time, in addition to being expensive, they did not even remember to make me the sleeves of the dress and on the day of delivery they shamelessly grabbed a tulle and improvised some horrible sleeves which I obviously didn't use. They told me that they had the bridal buddy that is to pick up your dress at the time of going to the bathroom, I ordered it and nothing to do with what they offered they gave me a horrendous cover of the kind that were previously used under dresses or skirts that do not stretch not at all and very annoying that I returned, ahuevo they wanted to charge me and I told them NO.
The truth is just due to lack of time I could not cancel and leave her dress as a week before my wedding it was very difficult to find someone who would have it for me.
The only redeemable thing was that leaving those details the model of the dress was beautiful and Miss Eva who tried it on me if she was very kind that she was even sorry for the treatment of the despot of the manager.
