★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering drive-thru system doesn't work you need to wait in line. It took about an hour to get to the window when we did they said they didn't have any biscuits I asked to receive mashed potatoes or potatoes wedges instead and they said no. They gave some NASTY cold rice and the chicken was all soggy had NO good taste at all. We are all stomach sick since eating that yesterday. NEVER going back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is all over the place and they mess up more orders than they get right. About 30 minites passed and 4-8 people got an order before us then we told them what was up and they apologized for their mistake, after that they still took about half an hour and didn't even give us an wxtra piece of chicken as a compensation for their mistake. Overall unpleasant experience I reccomend going elsewhere such as Diablo Wings they are Buffalo Wild wing style wings and they deliver in customer service and quality wings bone in and bonw out.

The drive-thru's intercom STILL does not WORK.
Pulled in with 2 cars ahead ( NO customers inside and 3-5 employees) and left with my order 35min later. Only ordered 9 chicken strips.
No complaints about the food but the customer is lacking.
