★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept is great and the place looks amazing! If your child's age is under 4 there's no much to do. I took my 1.5 year old son and except the kitchen and the sand box, he couldn't do nothing (he still enjoyed that...), yet I paid for our entrance around 20$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a NO REFUND Policy, because they know lots of people would ask for it. It was crazy crowded both times. Not healthy food available and it's run by young teens, some of the workers have cero child skills. If you can handle all this, is fun for kids, when they finally get to do an activity.
Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an excellent experience for little kids. It is very well maintained and the cast members are very nice and helpful! We had a fabulous time because there were very few people, but when it gets crowded lines to the experiences can be long and slow. Bit pricy but there are frequent promotions with ok discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed this place! My children had a very good time in here. The "city" was designed to make you feel like you are in a world run by children. The concept works and the kids truly learn while playing. The areas were clean. It was a little full, most likely due to summer season. It's hot out in Monterrey and people want to be indoors. I appreciated the staff being understanding and kind with the kids. It left a nice impression recommended for kids 5-12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there at 4:55pm & they didn’t let us in because the system wouldn’t let them sell entrance anymore. We drove hours from a different state, just to come here because it says you guys close at 6pm. We just wanted to walk around inside. You should really add that in your website so we know at what time you stop selling tickets.. ?
