★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa loja foi extremamente insatisfatória. Adquiri 2 produtos porque a vendedora me garantiu que eu teria devolução de impostos na loja MONEY BACK (piso térreo do aeroporto), mas ao solicitar devolução fui informada que a loja havia preenchido fatura incorretamente. Voltei a loja e após uma hora tentando preencher corretamente a fatura, me informaram que o desconto já havia sido dado ou que me enviariam a fatura correta por e-mail para que eu pedisse a devolução do referido imposto, o que não posso fazer a distância, ou seja, perdi a devolução do imposto por incompetência da equipe da loja.
 My experience with this store was extremely unsatisfactory. I purchased 2 products because the seller assured me that I would have a tax refund at the MONEY BACK store (ground floor of the airport), but when requesting a return I was informed that the store had filled out the invoice incorrectly. I went back to the store and after an hour trying to correctly fill out the invoice, they informed me that the discount had already been given or that they would send me the correct invoice by email so that I could ask for the return of the referred tax, which I cannot do from a distance , that is, I lost the tax refund due to the incompetence of the store staff.
