y algunos prácticamente exigen propina. Mi última visita había 3 personas que atienden, no había clientes, entré y ni quien me hiciera caso, pregunte si había servicio, me anotaron y se volvieron a sentar.
They attend when they want, the cut is not cheap
and some practically require a tip. My last visit was 3 people who attend, there were no clients, I went in and no one paid attention to me, I asked if there was service, they wrote me down and sat down again.

Customer service is not satisfactory, you have to sign up to be attended to. If you go in and you don't know they can have you waiting, while the stylists touch up the hairstyle.
