★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, mal servicio. Fui por una garantía y solo me dieron el avión. No volveré a comprar aquí nunca más. Me cobraron de más, y eso es lo de menos , me hicieron mal los lentes. No puedo ver ni las placas de los autos, ni nombres de las calles. Ni anuncios, todo se ve borroso. Me dijeron que era por el tratamiento y que era “mi graduación” no puedo ver bien. Así de simple, no gasten su dinero. Solo espero que me puedan dar mi reembolso para ir a una buena óptica.
Además, la muchacha del mostrador se portó muy enojada, y la que se supone que debería estarlo soy yo, porque no hacen bien su trabajo. ? sin embargo, yo no estoy molesta, sólo decepcionada ? realmente ocupo los lentes.
I do not recommend it, bad service. I went for a guarantee and they only gave me the plane. I will never shop here again. They overcharged me, and that's the least of it, the glasses did me wrong. I can't see license plates or street names. No ads, everything looks blurry. They told me it was because of the treatment and that it was “my graduation” I can't see well. It's that simple, don't waste your money. I just hope they can give me my refund to go to a good optician.
Also, the girl at the counter was very angry, and I'm the one who's supposed to be, because they don't do their job right. ? however, I'm not upset, just disappointed ? I really need the glasses.
