Súper sucio el lugar y muy descuidado, el servicio muy malo y no hay atención al cliente. El lugar tiene mucho potencial pero está sucio, poca higiene y mal hecho. Ojalá mejore porque nos gusta mucho venir.

Es lugar está muy descuidado, hay mesas que estan oxidadas y se deshacen si las mueves. El servicio está pésimo, no limpian las mesas, el agua de la alberca esta puerca, creo que no la filtran. Por otra parte el billar estaría bueno, pero solo hay un palo que funciona bien. El lugar tiene mucho potencial, solo le falta mucha atención y un poco de renovación

Music is incredibly loud, can hear it a block away in my hotel room and it goes until extremely late- very inconsiderate

Poor hygiene, terrible bathrooms. Staff were impolite and I informative. Didn’t finish my food.

OH why or why does the music have to be so loud? You can barely hear one another speak if I wanted loud music I would go to a nightclub. Eating in a restaurant should be about enjoying a nice time with friends.

The service is really slow- even when there was nobody else but us there. However the swinging beds facing the beach are so cool and not many other places along the beach had these so it wasn’t too bad of a trade off.

Great location set up. Crappy drinks n service. I went twice during the day. The 1st time it took about 40 mins to get a margarita and then we got attitude when we tried to pay the tab to leave. The second time bartenders weren't even there for an hour while we waited. The margarita I ordered was really gross. The bartender forgot to add sweetener. She was pretty snappy after that because her boss yelled at her. Then I thought they had a promotion because they had a sign that said 2 for 60 pesos. She told me it was from last night and I told her they should probably take down the sign then. Again attitude. Honestly, the only fun thing is the location and set up. Everything is mediocre and over priced.

Music was always too loud, owner was always walking around doing repairs. I'd come here to hang out by the pool while ordering drinks and when it was time to pay my bill I'd be told there was a minimum amount I had to purchase from the restaurant. Did not quite make sense to me. Staff was also sometimes very rude. Even if I'm a tourist, I speak Spanish and should not have been downgraded like that. I'd give one star, but they get an extra star for the pool because at least it was clean.
