★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente estresante e incómodo, el personal masculino se expresa con majaderias y cero respeto a las mujeres, el supervisor de extruder tiene favoritismos a unos sentados sin hacer nada y en el ventilador y los nuevos en el calor y haciendo trabajo pesado todo el día, el "gerente" nadamás paseándose y súper vulgar su forma de expresarse pareciera que hablas con un vago y cero formal. Por eso se salen porque está horrible
Stressful and uncomfortable environment, the male staff express themselves with nonsense and zero respect for women, the extruder supervisor has favoritism to some sitting idle and on the fan and the new ones in the heat and doing heavy work all day, the "manager" just walking around and super vulgar his way of expressing himself seems to speak with a lazy and zero formal. That's why they leave because it's horrible
