★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su especialidad es birria y tortas ahogadas. La birria es muy rica no grasosa, tacos y tortas bien servidos. Consomé bien sabor. Los tacos no son muy dorados, esto puede ser bueno o malo dependiendo de tu gusto,a mi gusto les falta ser mas dorados. Los precios muy buenos, hay paquetes con consomé incluido. Les falta salsas mas ricas y alguna cebollita guisada o chiles toreados. Punto malo las aguas te las dan en desechables pero en si estan ricas. Conclusion logran el estilo Guadalajara, y sin duda volvería.
His specialty is birria and cakes drowned. The birria is very rich not greasy, tacos and cakes well served. Consomé good flavor. The tacos are not very golden, this can be good or bad depending on your taste, to my taste they need to be more golden. Very good prices, there are packages with consomme included. They lack richer sauces and some stewed onions or chiles toreados. Bad point the waters give them in disposable but they are rich. Conclusion achieved the Guadalajara style, and I would definitely return.

Como mejora, me gustaría que pudieras tu prepararte tus tacos a tu gusto, me refiero a que tengan cebolla y cilantro disponible en la mesa y un plus seria que tuvieran cebolla morada curtida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es rica, los precios más o menos accesibles. Lo malo, hace mucho calor por que el techo es de lona y no repele muy bien el sol (es mejor ir temprano) y tardan un poco en completar tu orden eso si la espera vale la pena.
The food is rich, the prices more or less accessible. The downside, it's very hot because the roof is canvas and it doesn't repel the sun very well (it's better to go early) and they take a while to complete your order, that's if the wait is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el servicio a domicilio. Pedimos dos platos grandes y llegó casi puro consomé. Muy poca carne de verdad. La quesadilla de 30 cm muy buena. Aquí pongo fotos de lo que prometen y de lo que llega.
Terrible delivery service. We ordered two large plates and it came almost pure consommé. Very little real meat. The 30 cm quesadilla very good. Here I put photos of what they promise and what arrives.

Le doy 4 estrellas por 2 razones
1 porque soy muy celoso para dar 5 estrellas
Y la 2da es porque si esta un poquito caro
Pero vale mucho la pena
No me duele pagar cuando está la comida rica y el ambiente muy agradable
