Muy mala experiencia, hasta el hambre se me quitó. We ordered stuffed chiles and chicken and it arrived without garnish, all cold or and apparently refrigerated for several days. Marqué para ver si me podían llevar la cuchara o algo con lo que pudiera comer mi platillo al hotel donde me hospedaba (que esta a 1 cuadra, porque ni tortillas te ponen), y literal te dicen que "al rato y cuando se desocupen" te la llevan. Vas a regresarles su platillo y se molestan porque tú cómo cliente debiste pedir la cuchara o algo para comer tu platillo, y peor se indignan por tu molestia. (Supongo que ellos se comen todo con las puras manos o su sentido común no les funciona). En ningún lugar del establecimiento decía nada sobre que no dan cubiertos. Al ser establecimiento de comida, así sea para llevar deben de dar cuando menos cuchara. Nefasto lugar. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went for a takeaway service and no spoon or fork is put on you, the food is super cold. I checked to see if they could take the spoon or something with which I could eat my dish to the hotel where I was staying (which is 1 block away, because they don't even put tortillas on you), and they literally tell you that "after a while and when they are vacated" they take it to you. You are going to return their dish to them and they get upset because you as a customer should have asked for the spoon or something to eat your dish, and worse they are outraged by your annoyance. (I guess they eat everything with their bare hands or their common sense doesn't work for them). Nowhere in the establishment did it say anything about not giving cutlery. Being a food establishment, even if it is to go, they should give at least a spoon. Bad place.

La comida es muy hogareña, tanto el menú como los complementos son variados y tienen un sabor verdaderamente bueno. Ofrecen también agua fresca y postres. El local cuenta con bancos para comer ahí y los precios son muy accesibles, además de que venden órdenes, medias órdenes y charolas, que incluyen un guiso y dos completos a elegir. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Excellent option for when there is no opportunity to cook. The food is very homely, both the menu and the accessories are varied and taste really good. They also offer fresh water and desserts. The place has banks to eat there and the prices are very accessible, in addition to selling orders, half orders and trays, which include a stew and two complete ones to choose from. I highly recommend it.
