Compramos un colchón marca Aloe Leos y al poco tiempo reportamos el defecto de un resorte en la parte central, tardaron en programar visita, una vez revisado por su personal se determinó la aplicación de garantía. Ya van casi 6 meses desde la compra y nos siguen mencionando que no tienen el modelo disponible. Se solicitó ver opciones de otras marcas disponibles y nos mencionan que debe ser el mismo.
Por lo anterior, no es un lugar recomendable.
Good sales attention, poor after-sales service!
We bought an Aloe Leos brand mattress and soon after we reported the defect of a spring in the central part, they took a long time to schedule a visit, once reviewed by their staff the warranty application was determined. It has been almost 6 months since the purchase and they keep mentioning that they do not have the model available. It was requested to see options of other available brands and they mention that it must be the same.
Therefore, it is not a recommended place.
