La atención al cliente es deficiente y grosera.

Este fin fui a comprar mozzarella para unas pizzas y me sorprendió primero la forma y empaque porque no parecía mozzarella, hice unas mini pizzas y el queso estaba muy duro, raro para un mozzarella, no se derritió y al probar las pizzas el queso súper salado. Eso evidentemente es un queso cotija y no entiendo cómo pueden vender algo tan diferente diciendo que es mozzarella. Lo escribo para que tengan cuidado y no compren ahí mozzarella porque les darán otro queso. Me devolvieron mi dinero pero mis pizzas quedaron horribles y no está bien que no revisen qué cosas venden. Eso no habla bien de ustedes.

This weekend I went to buy mozzarella for some pizzas and I was first surprised by the shape and packaging because it didn't look like mozzarella, I made some mini pizzas and the cheese was very hard, strange for a mozzarella, it didn't melt and when I tasted the pizzas the cheese was super salty . That is obviously a cotija cheese and I don't understand how they can sell something so different saying that it is mozzarella. I write it so that you are careful and do not buy mozzarella there because they will give you another cheese. They gave me my money back but my pizzas were horrible and it's not right that they don't check what they sell. That doesn't speak well of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Piccolina is one of the most disgusting food places I have ever seen during over 30 years traveling the globe and in over 22 years living in Mexico, even most African countries without electricity has better hygiene than this place. Since it opened this store has had NO concept of sanitary food handling, letting staff grab food, including so-called fresh items such as cheese, ham and bread DIRECTLY with their hands, not even using gloves or any other basics. The staff is allowed to have their long hair hanging loose, in direct VIOLATION of Mexican food handling laws which stipulates that workers in fresh food establishments MUST WEAR HAIR NETS. I have seen the staff sneeze and cough and doing NOTHING to even try to cover up. Do NOT risk salmonella infection and hopefully La Condesa will soon get a nice business back here and get rid of this horrible place!!
