r	ruthika modi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent property and great food. Coffee is the best I’ve had in Tulum. The beach front pent house is marvellous. However, the servers are always hungry for tips and constantly looking for ways to get more. Despite giving tips on every order, we saw some of them act rude/weird with us on some occasions. Def opportunity to provide feedback and train them here!

Server was nice (although could have been more attentive -- we had to call them over or go get them most of the time). Great swimming. Safe parking. Worth the $60 per person minimum to be here and eat/drink all day.
C	Christine Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was such a nice of surprise! I really loved shrimp tacos. They were full of shrimps and other stuff. We also got a beet salad which was perfect. Drinks were great too! Overall, great experience and super nice service.

The restaurant is open to the beach and very airy - gorgeous views of the ocean and the hotel. We didn't stay at the hotel but you are allowed to come eat here even if you are not a guest.

The food is good, the drinks are good, it's on one of the best spots on the beach. Like all beach clubs there's a minimum amount you have to spend to go there, just make sure you call before you go because the price is always changing.

The rooms are are spacious and have been updated. The staff is also amazing, incredibly accommodating and helpful with any issues or activities you would like to plan. Would definitely recommend.

I was told by the coordinator that the beds were only for customers staying at the resort (even though there were plenty available at the time I was there) so don’t plan to come here for the beach if you are not staying there. I was offered a “boat” which had no shade and would still require a $60 consumption fee which was separate from the restaurant tab. Apparently they are separate entities, not sure if they had separate menus as I opted not to stay and didn’t inquire further.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, the rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping left little treats for us (mezcal, chocolates) and tea in the evenings with turn down service. The food at the hotel was excellent, as were the drinks. The beach was extremely clean, and the hotel did a great job of cleaning the seaweed that washed up on the beach in the morning, much better than the adjacent hotels. The hotel is not overcrowded and we always were able to get a daybed after breakfast. The vibe is hip but chill. Highly recommend getting a room with a plunge pool, it was great to jump in when we were hot and in the evenings the staff heated it for us and it became a jacuzzi.
