Excellent service we receive when performing a General Urine Exam. They gave us precise instructions and very easy to follow to obtain the best sample, and the best result in our studies, which were already ready the same day! That is a Quality Service. : D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamos dos veces para estudios en casa, en ninguna de las dos ocasiones fueron, cada vez que hablamos está ocupado o te contestan te dejan en espera y te cuelgan. Tuvimos que llevar a mi abuela a hacerse los estudios, quedaron en enviarnos los resultados al correo, ya van tres días y aún no los envían. Pésimo servicio. Y nadie te resuelve, te tienes que plantar ahí a esperar a que te den soluciones.
We schedule twice for home studies, neither were they, each time we speak is busy or they answer you they leave you on hold and hang up on you. We had to take my grandmother to do the studies, they agreed to send the results to the post, they have been there for three days and they still haven't sent them. Terrible service. And nobody solves you, you have to stand there to wait for solutions.
