★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verificado ✅ si cierran a las 20 horas en domingo, excelente atención, no se ve por fuera porque está dentro de las instalaciones del HMG Hospital Coyoacán, lo menciono porque no lo encontraba.
 Verified ✅ if they close at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, excellent service, you can't see it from the outside because it's inside the HMG Hospital Coyoacán facilities, I mention it because I couldn't find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos personas que atienden en las pruebas rápidas, son de lo más déspotas y no tienen noción de lo que es un buen servicio. No vayan o se van a arrepentir.
The two people who attend the rapid tests, are the most despotic and have no notion of what a good service is. Do not go or you will regret it.

Mejor agenden en otro lugar
I went to take the covid test for a trip and the girls who attend are arrogant and rude ... I claimed her treatment from one of them and she told me "that she is like that"
Better book somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal con servicio exageradamente lento, llevo dos horas con cuarenta minutos de espera, la única razón por la que no me voy es porque realice pago anticipado (No lo vuelvo a hacer)
La señorita de ventanilla no está capacitada para resolver dudas, solo hay dos cabinas para tomar de muestras y solo una está en funcionamiento.
Recomiendo vayan a otra sucursal.
Branch with exaggeratedly slow service, I have been waiting for two hours with forty minutes, the only reason I am not leaving is because I made advance payment (I will not do it again)
The lady at the window is not trained to answer questions, there are only two booths to take samples and only one is in operation.
I recommend going to another branch.

I called by phone to make an appointment for the rapid test and they reply that they no longer have appointments available. I have 30 min in the parking lot and as you will see in the photo there is absolutely no one

The service is extremely slow and the ladies at the counter are not able to give an indication. I've been waiting an hour for a sample to be taken and nothing. Horrible, look for another option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores precios si pagas en línea. Te piden llenar tus datos muchas veces y tardas tanto como en otros laboratorios y eso que no hay nada de gente. Los resultados demoran más de lo normal. La atención es simplemente buena.
