★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La relación precio/calidad está muy descuidada, igual que la eficiencia en tiempo. Al ser un negocio familiar se coloca a sí mismo en un pedestal, la autocomplaciencia y no se preocupa por la competitividad. En mi casa por ejemplo me preparo unos mejores chilaquiles en 5 minutos.
The price / quality ratio is very neglected, as is time efficiency. Being a family business places itself on a pedestal, self-complacency and does not care about competitiveness. In my house for example I prepare some better chilaquiles in 5 minutes.
