Si tardan poquito y tienen muy poco espacio para moverse. Además no tienen como reservas de suministros. Les falta poquito eso la de Mandarina esta super deliciosa, la de ferrero no la recomiendo mucho, sabía a chocomilk con pedacitos de ferrero. La de mandarina la pedí en taco y se veía y sabía genial. El chai helado está perfecto, para tiempo de calor quedaría de maravilla la leche escarchada. La preparación está genial.

Esta llamativa la preparación y que sean rollitos pero no saben ricas muy artificiales

The ice cream is delicious in my opinion. I loved the wine and fruits of the forest.

We were attended to by a very rude employee who did not even pay attention to us. He was too busy texting on his cell phone and he looked right at us. When finally he asked, we ordered what we wanted and he still went back to his phone. There are three rolls of ice cream and we asked if we can at least have one roll of different flavor to which he coldly said no. The ice flavor was supposedly cheesecake but tasted more like coconut. The employee who charged us did not even give us our order. He was too busy talking and using his cell phone. He finally took the time to move his lazy rear end and he rudely walked in our direction without excusing himself and expecting us to move when there was plenty of space to move around us. We were simply waiting in an area where we would receive our ice cream. The only reason this place is getting two stars and not one was because the ice cream was just ok AND because the employee who DID give us our order was kind. Improve your product and customer service and you MIGHT make a difference as a unique business.
