Pésimo!!! Di vueltas a lo tonto... I spoke to know the store's schedule and the person in charge leaves during business hours and I waited for him because they told me that he would return and giving the 7 that he is supposed to close spoke and said that he did not return even knowing that he had customers waiting for him. Appalling!!! I went around silly ...

Pregunté si era de distribuidor autorizado ya que la plataforma requiere un código (es único para cada libro). Me dijeron que todos los libros eran de distribuidores oficiales. El libro llegó más tarde de lo acordado. Al llegar a casa SORPRESA!! El libro NO TIENE CÓDIGO PARA LA PLATAFORMA. No es de distribuidor oficial. Conclusión: Dinero tirado a la basura ya que mi hija no puede usar la plataforma y completar el prógrama escolar de Cambridge I ordered the Cambridge book for DGB, Second Edition. Student Pack 4. I asked if it was from an authorized distributor since the platform requires a code (it is unique for each book). I was told that all the books were from official distributors. The book arrived later than agreed. Arriving home SURPRISE!! The book DOES NOT HAVE A CODE FOR THE PLATFORM. It is not from an official distributor. Conclusion: Money wasted as my daughter cannot use the platform and complete the Cambridge school program

Dijeron que tardaba 10 días en llegarme el pedido y no fue así, pasaron 15 días. Cuando por fin me entregan el libro y lo abro, resulta que no viene con el código de activación (que es por lo que lo compré, ya que me lo están pidiendo en la escuela), le pregunto al chico que qué onda por qué no tiene la clave y me sale que con que porque es una copia. ¿Qué quiere decir esto? Que me timaron, me engañaron y me estafaron PAGUÉ POR UN LIBRO QUE ME ASEGURARON ERA ORIGINAL, TARDARON MÁS TIENPO DEL ACORDADO EN ENTREGÁRMELO Y TODO PARA QUR ME SALIERAN CON QUE NO ERA EL QUE NECESITABA. Lamentablemente ya lo había pagado y no me quisieron reembolsar el dinero. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PÉSIMA LIBRERÍA. I ordered a book from Cambridge, asked the manager if they were an official distributor and the guy said yes. They said that it took 10 days for my order to arrive and it was not like that, 15 days passed. When they finally give me the book and I open it, it turns out that it doesn't come with the activation code (which is why I bought it, since they are asking me for it at school), I ask the boy what's up why not has the key and I get that because it is a copy. What does this mean? That they scammed me, deceived me and scammed me. I PAID FOR A BOOK THAT THEY ASSURED ME WAS ORIGINAL, IT TOOK LONGER THAN AGREED TO DELIVER IT TO ME AND ALL SO THAT THEY WOULD GET OUT THAT IT WAS NOT THE ONE I NEEDED. Unfortunately I had already paid for it and they did not want to refund the money. AWFUL SERVICE AND AWESOME BOOKSTORE.
