★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los chavos en piso de ventas son muy atentos y amables están esperando en todo momento que los consultes para poderte ayudar o sugerir lectura pero la cajera !!!!! Es nefasta que mal que no llevaba el gafete con su nombre porque ni siquiera usa el uniforme te trata con la punta del pie ojalá la capaciten para servicio al cliente o que de plano la despidan porque arruinan tu experiencia en la librería ya al final y te quedas con muy mal sabor de boca
The guys on the sales floor are very attentive and friendly, they are waiting for you to consult them at all times so they can help you or suggest reading but the cashier !!!!! It's disastrous that it's too bad that she didn't wear her name tag because she doesn't even wear the uniform she treats you with the tip of her foot I hope they train her for customer service or that they flat out fire her because they ruin your experience in the bookstore and at the end and you you have a very bad taste in your mouth
