I want to report the terrible service we received last Saturday, April 9, 2022 from the company LoAlto Eventos Sociales. In the first place, they sold me lux packages for both flower arrangements and confectionery. I add photos below. In the flowers I had to decorate half the railing of the licastro and in the end they only put flowers on 10 steps. Regarding the candy store and cheese table, my package was deluxe and they only gave me 4 trays of cheese and they did not give me everything that the image below describes for sweets. In my contract, 2 barrels of beer were agreed, which they never brought out, justifying that they were not charging us for 3 extra menus, when guests did not attend the wedding and it was compensated. The lousy mariachi, they didn't know songs and they were offensive with non-inclusive language referring to gays expressing the word Joto! Lastly, the weeding planer Mariana Hanser, whose telephone number I put below, apart from the fact that she attended worse dressed than getting out of bed, when in other events if she was dressed up, she never had control of the event, she did not direct the wedding, she did not know the steps of the program, change the accommodation plan of the people in their respective places, and rude with a terrible attitude. The wedding was planned from October 2021 and Mariana Hanser started working 1 week before the event. Óscar Hector Arellano Olverá, who is the presumed owner, never showed his face to reconsider the irregularities, that is, they charged 180,000 pesos for a poorly provided service and an unfulfilled contract and made them pay everything in advance. The menu and food were tasteless and cold. The al pastor tacos were 2kg for 100 people and it was never enough. In addition, they are threatening the couple and harassing them, so the evidence that was uploaded on their Facebook page LoAlto Weeding should be deleted. I would not recommend doing any event with LoAlto events and LoAlto weedings. Luck!!
