Having been to different IVF facilities in the US and experiencing some of the worst feelings ever, they only cared about money and not the treatment of people. Even told us we had less than 12 percent chance of success.. I found LIV Fertility Center and when I called , Jessica was so friendly and helpful. She listened to me and gave me hope. We came to Mexico and to our greatest surprise the facility is excellent and Dr. Isabel and Dr. Edna were helpful and going well above and beyond. During the first retrieval of eggs, they even worked on the ovaries and the second round gave us more eggs. We went from a couple with less than 12% to more than 90%. The staffs are all great and helpful. I would recommend this center to anyone that their hope has been shattered by incompetent doctors.

Very thorough, professional, skilled, respectable, and friendly clinic. Highly recommended!!! Puerto Villarta has been very hospitable and the people are all very friendly; There are many things to do here like Cirque de Soleil, rodeos, boat rides and daily shows. They have multiple resorts walking distance to the facility which makes scheduling and appointments very easy and practical and some are all inclusive and affordable. Again, the LIV fertility clinic is amazing in so many ways; The vitamin and hormone prep was spot on with good Lining thickening; We’re happy they use assisted hatching technique for the embryos and feel much better about our chances. At this point we have 6 embryos undergoing hatching procedure towards blastocysts and awaiting implantation. Wish us luck!!! God is Good ??

LIV fertility is clean, most people who work there are very pleasant and there is apparent evidence of many positive full term pregnancies. Unfortunately, we had 3 failed frozen embryo transfers with them. The first was actually a positive pregnancy but didn't develop a heartbeat. The second two didn't take at all. Throughout our experience with LIV, I was met with multiple occurrences of inconsistency, miscommunication, poor communication, mislabeled lab results, poorly directed prescriptions and calendars, vague financial forecast, varying drug protocol, the worst needle care I've ever experienced (more pain, blood and bruising from simple blood draws than anywhere else in life), an un-addressed broken live feed transfer machine (ultrasound) and...the most heart breaking...a Dr response of "I don't understand, where is the baby?" when we told her that there was no heart beat at the first ultrasound. We were also instructed to keep doing the medication and go back a week later to hear, yet again...no heart beat...living in a continued state of confusion, unnecessary limbo and misleading hope. Overall, as we have come to experience this industry and journey so far - it's traumatic and can be temporarily devastating. I wish I could say that despite not being pregnant, this clinic did everything they could, in the most professional way possible, to help make our dream come true. Sadly, as described above, I feel it's important to call out these flags for anyone else venturing along this path with this clinic. After this last failed transfer and having experienced the overall care we did with LIV, I have to wonder - if we went somewhere else, would we have had different results? Following up here as I think's it's critical to report that our main point of contact at the clinic - a super lovely person - actually quit shortly after we posted this and discussed our experience with them. It is undeniable that the quality of experience was in question...not only by ourselves, but an internal employee as well. Clearly, this is a SHOCKING validation to our list of grievances.

My husband and I are greatly impressed with the services and facilities at LIV. Their team is highly organized and Dr. Edna is a wonderful and thorough fertility specialist. In the US we could never afford the kind of care we are receiving at LIV, and we cannot wait until the day when we add our sweet baby’s photo to their wall of gorgeous miracle children.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about LIV Fertility Clinic and it’s staff!! For starters, I am PREGNANT!! I cannot believe I am saying this after 3 years of infertility, LIV made our dream come true! From day 1 the coordinator helped answer all my questions (there were a lot) and being so informative in how their process is and how it works! Helping us with arrivals and places to stay near by. Dr. Edna was so amazing to work with and all of the nurses and other doctors as well. Very informative and helpful! Explained everything so perfectly since IVF was so new to us! I am so happy we chose LIV and will be back for our frozen embryos when the next time comes around? I cannot thank you all enough for your help during such a hard time!

After struggling with infertility for 3 years and dealing with fertility clinics in the US that were not able to help, my husband and I started looking at our options for IVF. We reached out to LIV and had a very informative initial phone call with one of their representatives. He explained the process and answered a lot of questions for us. We were completely new to the IVF process and really had no clue what we were getting into, but he was able make us feel comfortable with moving forward. Dr. Edna is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain what is going on and what to expect for each step of the process. I have had some complications with preparing for an embryo transfer which has caused several cycles to be canceled prior to the transfer. This is always disappointing news, but I know that they are committed to only transferring embryos when they have the right conditions to develop. My husband and I are very grateful for LIV and their amazing team for helping us through this process.

I honestly can’t recommend LIV enough. The entire process was smooth and a breath of fresh air from the medical experience in the states. Their response time and customer service are unbelievable. The entire team from the coordinators, to the front desk, to the lab to the doctors make you feel welcomed and a person not just a number. The infertility journey is very emotional and challenging, and the LIV team’s sincerity and expert knowledge was exactly what I needed to get through. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to LIV.

Our experience with LIV has been fantastic! The staff have been so friendly and the Doctors have been very thorough and super kind. I am over 40 and they have never once made me feel like Ia ridiculous for being here. The whole process has been seamless and they have excellent egg donor profiles to choose from should you need that.
