Acudí a recoger mi lona a la hora pactada pero el local estaba cerrado, les marqué por teléfono y me salieron con que no la habían impreso, que se descompuso la máquina y ni siquiera tuvieron la atención de hacerme una llamada para avisarme. Me acarrearon muchos problemas con su falta de compromiso.

No tiene el trabajo en una hora y cuando le llamas para preguntar el estatus es muy grosero y termina por decirte que no entregará el trabajo, aunque tú ya tengas la entrega encima. Súper informal, caro y pedante. Jamás tendrán su trabajo bien y a tiempo.

Muy informal. Desde la forma en como escribe y siempre justificando su ineptitud, echándole la culpa a los clientes de sus deficiencias.
